Tools for Learning Disorder
I have no idea if I will be teaching children with disorders. This video showed me many tools I can use for those children if this does happen. The app I learned about that I thought was the coolest was the scheduling app called I Get...My Schedules at School. This app lets a parent or teacher create a whole schedule for a student with disabilities. It can be made as detailed as needed. I think that is really awesome for a student who needs that kind of structure. I also think this app may be good for every student. Children sometimes have a lot of trouble remembering what they are suppose to do. This app would allow the parents to help their students at home and me to help them in the classroom with things they may forget to do. It can even be password protected so other students cannot change anything or mess with it. Another really cool app I learned about was, Simplex Spelling. It helps with reading and spelling skills.
