Game-Based Learning

This article is about incorporating game-based learning into the classroom. It shows that this is easier than ever because there are so many free apps for it. I have never heard of game-based learning so that is a new concept I learned. It could be a great way to keep my children entertained and invested in the lesson. I learned that there are a lot of free apps to incorporate this kind of learning into the classroom. I just assumed that anything game like would cost money. I also learned that some teachers are already looking to put this type of learning in their classroom. Hopefully, when I begin to teach, people from my school will use this type of learning so I will be able to learn from them. I want to actually download the apps and look into them. I want to know how to use them before I try to get my students to use them. I think this form of learning will be fun for me and my students.
